Shipping policy

Currently, our last-mile deliveries are done by LBC and logistics procedures are likewise covered by their terms & conditions.

Our standard shipping rates are P50.00 for Metro Manila deliveries and P80.00 for provincial deliveries.

For orders above P3,000, shipping is FREE nationwide.

Delivery Schedule:

Monday to Friday: All orders received by 11:00AM on these days can be processed and turned over to our last-mile delivery partner within 24 hours.

Saturday, Sundays, and Special Non-working Holidays: All orders received on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery lead times are dependent on those declared by LBC: for Metro Manila addresses, expect deliveries to be completed within 1 to 3 business days while for Provincial addresses, expect deliveries to be completed within 3 to 6 business days.

Same Day Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday and must be placed and paid for by 12:00PM. Pick-up via 3rd Party Provider (Grab, Lalamove, et cetera) must be booked by the customer by 4:00PM of the same day, after we have confirmed that the order is ready for pick-up.

The pick-up location will be in our Pasig office and further details shall be communicated to you after order has been confirmed.
