For products received with damages or defects,
- Reports of damaged or defective products must be done within seven (7) days of receipt. Beyond this period, any damages to the product/s may have been caused by factors outside our control and are therefore not covered by our return & exchange policies.

Upon the discovery of damage or defect, kindly reach out to us via onlinesales@jcspharmaceuticals.com and include the following details in the email:
- Order Number & Date
- Customer Name
- Affected Product & Nature of Damage
- Clear, detailed photos of the damage
- Once we have validated your report, we will go ahead and process our replacement procedures for the defective products.
For products received in good condition, “change of mind” is not a valid reason for requests for return or refund. In cases where a refund is requested, please note that this is subject for approval and will be processed only through the original mode of payment and the lead times will be dependent on the bank and/or payment gateway used.
