About Us

Incorporated in 2008, JCS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a local company whose main line of business is the importation and distribution of nutraceuticals and medical devices in the Philippines.

As of 2022, we are the official importer and distributor of the following food supplements: Genacol®, AgmaSet®, OnLife®, Urolexilen®, Avemar® (coming soon), Oxithion®, Oxithion HD®, Turbofer®, Quinton®, Femarelle®, ColBer®, SeaDNA®. 

JCS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. also officially imports and distributes the following medical devices: AtopLife® Cream, Refracta®, DryField PH®, Biolevox™ HA 2.2%, Biolevox™ HA ONE 2.5%, Xerthra™ PRP Kit, and Cefaly®.

Yes, all products distributed by JCS Pharmaceuticals, Inc are authentic and FDA-approved. We strongly advise the public to purchase from our official stores and authorized retail partners to avoid any untoward consequences from taking food supplements.

While we do try to maintain the original packaging of our products as seen internationally, local FDA regulations may require different markings for compliance. Rest assured that all products remain authentic and that their contents & ingredients have not been altered. Orders

No, there is no minimum or maximum order value required for your online purchase. However, JCS Pharmaceuticals, Inc reserves the right to cancel any orders made that appear to be suspect or fraudulent.

Once you have placed an order and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have urgent concerns and you require further assistance, you may send us an email at onlinesales@jcspharmaceuticals.com.

Payments

You can pay for your order via credit card, debit card, e-wallets (like GCash, Maya or Grabpay), and Atome.

We currently offer payments on installment via Atome, which is a third-party service provider that allows you to purchase and pay for an item in 3 installments at 0% interest. For more information on Atome, you may visit their website at www.atome.ph.

At this time, Cash-On-Delivery is not available through orders via our website. If this is your preferred mode of payment, you may opt to shop via our Shopee Mall or LazMall.

If you wish to use your Senior Citizen’s Discount on your order, you will need to send to us via email (onlinesales@jcspharmaceuticals.com), a copy of your prescription along with your OSCA (Office of Senior Citizens Association) ID for verification, BEFORE placing an order so that a corresponding code can be issued to you for use on your purchase.

Standard exemptions apply, i.e., Senior Citizen’s Discount cannot be applied on top of existing markdowns or in conjunction with other promotions.

Shipping and Delivery

Our standard shipping rates are at P50.00 (flat rate) for all orders, to all areas serviced by our courier, LBC.

For orders above P3,000, shipping is FREE nationwide.

Currently, our last-mile deliveries are done by LBC and logistics procedures are likewise covered by their terms & conditions.

Yes! You will receive notifications via email when your order has been confirmed & received and when your order is on its way to you.

For tracking the status of your order once it has been delivered, you may visit LBC's website and input the tracking number that we have provided in your order shipment notification.

Our SLA or service-level agreement is T+2 business days, where T is the day the order was placed. This means that we will make sure that your package is turned over to our courier aprtner for last-mile delivery not longer than 2 business days after your order has been placed. Any unexpected delays due to nonworking holidays or weather concerns will be communicated to you via email.

Once package has been turned over to the coureir, delivery lead times are dependent on those declared by LBC: for Metro Manila addresses, expect deliveries to be completed within 1 to 3 business days while for Provincial addresses, expect deliveries to be completed within 3 to 6 business days.

Same Day Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday and must be placed and paid for by 12:00PM. Pick-up via 3rd Party Provider (Grab, Lalamove, et cetera) must be booked by the customer by 4:00PM of the same day, after we have confirmed that the order is ready for pick-up.

The pick-up location will be in our Pasig office and further details shall be communicated to you after order has been confirmed.

Product Returns and Exchange

For products received with damages or defects,

Reports of damaged or defective products must be done within seven (7) days of receipt. Beyond this period, any damages to the product/s may have been caused by factors outside our control and are therefore not covered by our return & exchange policies.

Upon the discovery of damage or defect, kindly reach out to us via onlinesales@jcspharmaceuticals.com and include the following details in the email:

- Order Number & Date

- Customer Name

- Affected Product & Nature of Damage

- Clear, detailed photos of the damage

Once we have validated your report, we will go ahead and process our replacement procedures for the defective products.

For products received in good condition, “change of mind” is not a valid reason for requests for return or refund. In cases where a refund is requested, please note that this is subject for approval and will be processed only through the original mode of payment and the lead times will be dependent on our payment partner.
